You can return your product free of charge within 15 days after it has been delivered to you. In order to benefit from this service, the product must be unused. Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned.

You can send your product by cargo by clicking the “Product Return” button at the bottom of the page and filling out the form. Once the product you wish to return reaches us, it will be evaluated by our authorized team, and you will be informed when your return is completed.
Return Conditions
You can return your product within 15 days from the date of delivery.
The product you wish to return must be unused, in its original box/package, and must not have lost its resaleable condition.
You must send the product you wish to return together with the original invoice and the completed form at the bottom of the invoice, clearly stating “Return Request” on the form.
Only products that have not lost their resaleable condition can be returned on halickurumsal.com. If you specify the reason for return or request an exchange on the form, the product amount will be refunded to your account.
Once your return shipment reaches us, it will be inspected by our return department. The amount of your cancelled orders will be refunded to the credit card used for payment within seven business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank.
Return Procedure
Step 1: Fill Out Your Return Form
Fill out the “Return Request Form” located at the bottom of your invoice. Clearly state your refund request on the form.
If the invoice for the product was issued to a company, the return must be sent together with a return invoice issued by the company, excluding the shipping fee, and prepared as “Product Unit Price + VAT”. Returns for orders invoiced to companies cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.
Returns are accepted only from the person who purchased the product.
Step 2: Place the Product in Its Original Box
Place the product you wish to return in its original box. Your return may be accepted if the product and its box are in the same condition as delivered, have not been damaged, and have not lost their resaleable condition.

After halickurumsal.com receives your return package, the products are checked and your money is refunded to the credit card used for payment. You will not pay any additional fee during this process.
Feedback for Used Products
For problems encountered during use, the process is carried out through our inspection procedure. The product you request to be returned for inspection will be examined by our Product Inspection Department. The inspection period is 15 to 30 business days. As a result of the inspection, the inspection status will be shared with you together with the inspection report prepared by us.
